Racheal

Yoga Teacher

Originally from New York City, Racheal has always been drawn to movement, energy and the connection between body and mind. While living in Los Angeles, and looking for an outlet for both her energy and ADHD, she discovered yoga — a practice that quickly became far more than just movement.

That passion led her to complete 500 hours of yoga teacher training and begin teaching professionally. Since then, Racheal has practised and studied yoga around the world, from London and Los Angeles to Mexico, Rome and beyond, allowing different cultures, teachers and styles to shape the way she approaches her own practice and classes.

Over the years, she has taught a wide range of clients, including leading entrepreneurs and businesswomen, as well as professional athletes and members of Chelsea Football Club.

Her teaching style is energetic, intuitive and inclusive, combining strength, mobility and flow while encouraging students to reconnect with their bodies and get out of their heads. Racheal believes yoga doesn’t have to be overly serious or intimidating — it can be challenging, playful and grounding all at once.

Libby is a 200-hour certified Hatha and Yin Yoga teacher who offers warm, welcoming, and accessible classes where you’re invited to move in a way that feels good for your body.

Classes unfold at a gentle, unhurried pace with plenty of options, giving you time to explore, pause, and notice how movement influences both body and mind.

Classes include Pranayama (breath work) Meditation and lovely Savasana (relaxation). Sessions are suitable for everyone, including complete beginners.
