Aromatherapy Gua Sha Facial
Your therapist will create a personalised blend of essential oils based on your skin’s unique needs, to use for a sculpting, lifting facial massage using semi-precious Gua Sha stones.
According to traditional Chinese medicine, Gua Sha operates on the principle of promoting Qi flow - the vital life force that animates the body and sustains health and helps to release tension, stimulate circulation, and restore balance to the Qi, resulting in glowing, toned, radiant skin.

Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy uses essential oils extracted from flowers and plants with an aim to balance the emotions and improve general health and wellbeing. Your therapist will carefully choose a blend of essential oils to address your symptoms or mood. These are added to a carrier oils and applied to your skin through massage.
Aromatherapy can alleviate symptoms associated with stress and relieve tension. Essential oils may also be chosen for their detoxifying properties.

Himalayan Salt Stone Massage
During a Himalayan salt massage, the stones are heated to allow the 84 beneficial minerals to absorb into the body.
This full body massage gently exfoliates and nourishes the body, easing away stored toxins and muscle tension leaving the skin soft, smooth and hydrated.
Hot Stone Massage
Smooth, flat, heated basalt stones are used during the massage to work more deeply into aching muscles and soothe tension.
Deeply relaxing and soothing, the heat from the stones warms the muscles and relieves aches and pains.
Indian Head Massage
Can be either a clothed massage on a chair or with oil on the massage couch. The body and bump are supported with pillows, with client positioned on their side.
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage
